Our Approach + Results
We commit to our clients that we will present a slate of 4-6 candidates within eight weeks of externally launching a search. 85% of the time, the hired candidate is on the first slate. To deliver the quality and speed, each JUEL partner only works on three searches at once. Before externally launching the search, we will conduct stakeholder interviews to ensure the brief is clear and hiring stakeholders aligned.
