Prior to launching JUEL’s Executive Search Advisory Practice in 2024, Liz spent two decades as a retained executive recruiter, placing transformative leaders into CEO, CMO, Chief Creative Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Merchant, and senior P&L leadership roles (VP, SVP, EVP).

Liz started her career as a marketer, working in both New York and London and ultimately rising to Chief Marketing Officer for McCann-Erickson across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Outside of work, Liz serves on boards for companies focused on improving quality of life, with a particular interest in helping children and seniors. In 2023, Liz became a nationally certified volunteer EMT. Liz is married and the proud mother of twins who are (almost) fully adulting.
