June is a hybrid herself, having worked in Agency, Client and Media Marketing Roles. She spent a decade at Ogilvy and Mather where she led the repositioning of the American Express Personal Card under the long running “Membership Has Its Privileges” banner, earning her client “Marketer of the Decade” designation. She spent another decade at Young & Rubicam Brands where she rose to the position of Vice Chairman, Chief Growth Officer and Head of the Global Telecom/ Technology Practice. While there, she helped her AT&T Client earn “Advertiser of the Year” for the first time in history. As President of Hill Holliday Boston, she helped that agency win “Agency of the Year” for the first time in 13 years in 2001. Then, as President of Partner Services, June helped launch e-commerce startup UPromise, ranked as a top ten most trafficked site and named a top ten new product idea. June was also Director of International Marketing at Snapple Beverage Corporation.
In 2007, June joined Liz and since then, she has been recognized for her thought leadership and, in particular, noted for research conducted on The Digital Services Your Clients Really Want as well as a comprehensive perspective on Transforming Talent Management presented to the marketing community.
June lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband Steve, and has two grown children.
Liz had a marketing career, based in both the US and Europe with leading roles in account management, new business and general management before becoming a recruiter and talent consultant in 2003.
Liz began her career in New York at Ammirati & Puris, then moved to Young & Rubicam. Over the course of eight years she ran a large portion of the AT&T business and was appointed Chief of Staff for the Worldwide CEO.
In 2000, Liz was hired to oversee the integration of all McCann Erickson’s WorldGroup companies in The UK (advertising, direct, PR, design, media and digital). The following year, she was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer responsible for the largest agency new business operation in Europe.
Liz has been recognized as one of the best recruiters in marketing by Media Bistro and the 4As. Liz’s thoughts about the marketing business, agency resourcing and securing talent have been widely published in publications such as Advertising Age, AdWeek and Crain’s Business. In addition, Liz has been a keynote speaker at the 4As annual conference on The Future of Talent, and Structuring for Growth.
Prior to becoming a recruiter in 2011, Julie had a 17-year career in creative communications with progressively expanding roles at BBDO, FCB, and Y&R leading integrated marketing services and solutions across a range of verticals including telecoms and technology, healthcare, and beauty.
As a recruiter, Julie focuses on identifying digitally-centric, hybrid marketers with proven track record in modern marketing/media. A graduate of the University of Vermont, Julie is married, and when she’s not recruiting, can be found at an ice rink watching one of her two travel-hockey players.
